Working principle:
Under the reciprocating motion of the plunger,the material is transported to the homogenizing valve body. By adjusting the clearance of the homogenizing valve group,the material liquid is instantly subjected to extremely strong compression.When passing through the flow limiting slit,it collides with the homogenizing valve at an extremely fast speed,resulting in cavitation effect,impact effect,and shear effect,making the agglomerated material evenly dispersed,thereby achieving product homogenization,emulsification,crush- ing,and other effects.
